Oxford Property Maintenance Manager

O50C is seeking a highly motivated and experienced maintenance professional to join our facilities team as a Maintenance Lead.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining two properties throughout the Oxford area, ensuring a safe, secure, clean, compliant, and efficient environment.
The role requires a strong background in property maintenance, with previous experience in Caretaking, Maintenance, and Facilities Management.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Facilities Manager in building and developing a high-performance team.
- Take accountability for team performance and participate in performance management conversations.
- Assume Facilities Team Member duties when the Facilities Manager is unavailable.
- Ensure compliance checks are completed correctly and on time.
- Provide general maintenance assistance throughout our student properties.
Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
A valid driving license and ability to work at heights would be advantageous.
