About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Apprentice at Sytner MINI Wolverhampton.

As a Sales Apprentice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting the benefits of BMW and MINI vehicles, and developing your knowledge and skills in a fast-paced sales environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to launch your career in the automotive industry and work with a prestigious brand.

About You

We are looking for someone with a passion for delivering excellent customer service, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and develop their skills.

As a Sales Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly successful and motivated team, receive extensive training, and develop your knowledge of the MINI brand.

Key Responsibilities

\u2022 Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries

\u2022 Promote the benefits of BMW and MINI vehicles to customers

\u2022 Develop and maintain knowledge of the MINI brand and its products

\u2022 Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets

\u2022 Participate in ongoing training and development programs
