About the Role

A fantastic opportunity exists for a skilled sales professional to join Sytner Group as a MINI Sales Apprentice. As the first point of contact for customers, you will initiate conversation and build rapport to excite them about the brand. You will promote the benefits and unique selling points of BMW, accessories, and vehicle ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of BMW and MINI products, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and a determination to expand your knowledge and inspire others. You will demonstrate enthusiasm and self-motivation to excel in customer service and sales. Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred, but not required.
