Store Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at Safestore. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining high store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Motivate the Store Team: Coach and develop your team to enhance performance, providing constructive feedback and encouragement.
- Customer Service: Identify opportunities to maximise customer experience with exceptional service, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.
- Sales: Achieve targets by understanding customer requirements, advising on the best storage solutions, and driving store performance.
- Store Standards: Maintain excellent store standards, ensuring customers receive a positive first impression and a seamless experience.
Requirements:
- Previous Management Experience: Proven track record in a management role, with experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Operational Background: Strong operational background in retail or consultative sales, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Leadership and Coaching: Ability to lead and motivate a team, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance performance.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen, with a focus on driving sales growth and delivering results.
