Job Title: Healthcare Assistant Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Healthcare Assistant Lead to join our team at Wirral University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. As a key leader in our healthcare team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the development of our services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of high-quality patient care
  • Mentor and supervise junior staff
  • Contribute to the development of our services
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues
  • Assist with the planning and implementation of care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve shared goals

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in a related subject or Lead Adult Care Apprenticeship
  • Care Certificate
  • Completed clinical competencies for clinical tasks and procedures as appropriate
  • Experience working in a clinical environment

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £28,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
