Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team at Dorset County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a Rotational Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including outpatients, orthopaedics, and hydrotherapy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of musculoskeletal cases, operating at a senior level with clinical autonomy.
  • Supervise designated members of staff within the specialist team.
  • Participate in a rolling programme of education, clinical evaluation, audit, and research across the speciality.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration as a physiotherapist.
  • Significant MSK experience at Band 5 or Band 6 level.
  • A growth mindset and a willingness to be fully involved in service development opportunities.
