Job Overview: We are seeking an exceptional Family and Community Liaison Officer to join our team at Farnborough Spencer Academy. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in building strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all students receive the best possible support and opportunities to succeed.

About the Role:As a Family and Community Liaison Officer, you will work closely with teachers, support staff, and other stakeholders to develop strategies that engage families and the community in the educational process. You will also participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote family engagement and community participation. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • To build positive relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community.
  • To develop and implement effective communication strategies that engage families and the community in the educational process.
  • To work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to identify areas of need and develop strategies to support students.
  • To participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote family engagement and community participation.
