Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Support Staff member to join our team in the Falkirk area. The successful candidate will provide support and care to individuals, working closely with our clients and their families to deliver exceptional outcomes.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 6 months' experience in a care setting, as well as a valid SSSC registration and medication training certification.

A car owner with a full driving licence is also essential for this role, as travel between locations will be required. We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including free PVG & Compliance, referral bonuses up to £350, and dedicated consultant support.

- Work closely with clients and their families to deliver exceptional outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
