Opportunity for a Seasoned Commercial Lawyer

An exceptional chance has arisen for an experienced Commercial Lawyer with a strong background in public procurement to join a leading national law firm in London.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Providing expert legal advice on public procurement law, including drafting and negotiating procurement documentation, tender processes, and contract management.
  2. Offering strategic guidance to public sector clients on complex procurement projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and achieving client objectives.
  3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, delivering commercially focused solutions that meet their needs.
Requirements:
  1. At least 5 years PQE as a Commercial Lawyer, with significant experience in public procurement law.
  2. Proven track record in advising public sector clients on procurement strategy, compliance, and dispute resolution.
