**Financial Reporting Specialist Opportunity at JD Group**

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our Finance team at JD Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the preparation and review of financial reports, including the consolidation of financial data from subsidiary companies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist with the loading of data and review of monthly information provided to the Group team.
  • Consolidate the Group financial accounts on a monthly basis, including the preparation of supporting files.
  • Commercial review of monthly input from subsidiary companies.

**Annual Report and Accounts Preparation:**

  • Extract and analyze data to assist with the preparation of the Annual Report and Accounts for the Plc under IFRS.
  • Prepare financial information for external announcements and presentations.
  • Coordinate and prepare supporting files for audit.

**Requirements:**

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with at least 1 year PQE and a well-respected degree.
  • Technically strong accountant with excellent knowledge of IFRS and FRS 101/102.
  • Experience in the production of or audit of Plc accounts.
  • Commercial outlook and understanding of how accounting standards are applied in a commercial retail context.
