Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Health Inequities Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of projects that address health inequity in the Northern Devon area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of project plans
  • Communicate with organisational partners and local people through various communication channels
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve project goals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of health inequalities and their impact on populations
  • Excellent project coordination skills, including planning, organisation and time management
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Benefits
