Catering Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Manager to join our team at Miquill. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and food quality to our students and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of catering staff to ensure a consistently high standard of service and food quality
- Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our students and staff, using fresh and locally sourced ingredients
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of meals, ensuring that they meet our high standards
- Monitor and control food and labour costs, ensuring that we are operating within budget
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase revenue
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and customers
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and company policies
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality service and food
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong financial management skills, with the ability to control costs and drive revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and customers
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation and company policies
