About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Care Provider to join our team at one of our care homes in the UK. As a Care Provider, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and quality of life for our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with daily living tasks, provide emotional support and companionship, and help maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

Main Responsibilities
As a Care Provider, your duties will include:
  1. Assisting residents with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet.
  2. Providing emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their physical and mental well-being.
  3. Maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  4. Supporting residents with their medication, meal times, and other essential activities.

Requirements
To be successful as a Care Provider, you will need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills. You must also be empathetic, warm-hearted, and able to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all our residents.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £24,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
