Conference and Events Coordinator

As a Conference and Events Coordinator, you will play a vital role in planning and executing conferences, weddings, and other events at Bournemouth Highcliff Marriott Hotel. You will work closely with our sales team, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional events.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
- Work with the sales team to develop customized proposals and quotes.
- Ensure seamless event execution, including setup, registration, and breakdown.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A degree in hospitality or a related field.
- At least 1 year's experience in event coordination or a related field.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Bournemouth Highcliff Marriott Hotel offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits include:
