Vetro Recruitment is seeking CARING and PASSIONATE Support Workers to join a Residential Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs. The service, which supports adults aged between 18 - 65, is looking for candidates with a caring nature and the ability to have fun and engage with the people they support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Encourage independence and support individuals to make their own choices.
  • Ensure the safety of the service users.
  • Follow care plans for each individual.
  • Take service users out into the community.
  • Participate in arts, crafts, gardening, and day trips.
  • Varying levels of personal care.

Requirements:

  • No experience is required.
  • Must be resilient.
  • Drivers ESSENTIAL due to location.
  • Candidates must be happy to do personal care.
