About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at Wendy's. As a key member of our restaurant leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations and staff of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including staffing, training, and scheduling.
- Identify and develop talent within the team, providing coaching and development opportunities.
- Use effective scheduling to ensure the right team members are in place at the right time.
- Be the face of the restaurant to new hires and crew members, providing a positive and supportive work environment.
- Contribute to increasing store sales and profit goals.
Requirements:
- Experience leading people, preferably in a food service environment.
- 1 year of line operations experience, with a proven ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
- 1 year of management experience.
- Flexibility to work 45-hour work weeks, including all day parts and days of the week.
