The successful candidate will have a strong background in horticulture, including experience in staff supervision, training, and development, as well as excellent communication skills.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team and contribute to the continued success of the estate. We offer a competitive salary, circa £42,000 per annum (DOE), plus a comprehensive benefits package, including a generous pension scheme, private health insurance, and death in service cover.
