About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Salaried General Practitioner to join our team at Chapel Street Surgery, part of Sussex Primary Care.

As a Salaried GP, you will be responsible for providing high-quality primary medical services to our patients, working collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive and compassionate care to patients, including surgery consultations, telephone consultations, and home visits.
  • Develop and implement care plans for patients with complex health needs, working in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols, ensuring high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in clinical governance activities, including clinical audit and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with the practice team to ensure smooth running of the practice, including maintaining accurate records and completing paperwork in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Accredited as a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) or have 5 years experience as a full-time GP with a demonstrable commitment to quality practice.
  • Currently on a performers list and not suspended from that list or from the medical register.
  • Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check.
  • Evidence of continued professional development.
