About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team at The Two Brewers, a historic pub in Marlow. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting and mentoring your team, working closely with the management team to create and deliver a vision, and ensuring that standards and compliance are maintained in the manager's absence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and coach your team to achieve their full potential
