HLTA Job Opportunity in Redbridge

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HLTA to join our team at a SEMH provision in Redbridge. As a HLTA, you will play a vital role in supporting students with SEN needs and challenging behaviour.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Covering lessons and teaching students with SEN needs
  • Running interventions and supporting students with challenging behaviour
  • Working closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with students with SEN needs and challenging behaviour
  • A DBS check on the update service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
