Teaching Assistant Role in SEMH Provision

We are seeking a vibrant and energetic HLTA to join our team in a SEMH provision located in Redbridge. As a HLTA, you will be responsible for covering lessons, running interventions, and providing support to students with various SEN needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Covering lessons and providing support to students
  • Running interventions and providing additional support to students
  • Working with students who have SEN needs, SEMH, and challenging behaviour
  • Collaborating with the teaching team to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Experience working with students who have SEN needs, SEMH, and challenging behaviour
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the teaching team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
