Senior Java Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our team at Understanding Recruitment. As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems using Java.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Java-based software solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Design and implement software architecture and technical solutions
  • Ensure high-quality code and adhere to coding standards
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to team members

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of commercial experience developing with Java
  • Strong understanding of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and cloud hosting
  • Experience with containerization, build tools, and working knowledge of XML or JSON
  • Working knowledge of at least one J2EE container
  • Bonus: frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue
