**Job Summary**

Semco Maritime is seeking a highly skilled SMC Administrator to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing communications, scheduling, and documentation, as well as assisting with Supply Chain and Contracts administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and report monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders
  • Participate in internal and external meetings
  • Adhere to procedures for SMC Procurement
  • Generate Service Orders and associated administrative tasks
  • Hire Equipment Management
  • Invoice processing and query reconciliation
  • Create agendas, monthly reports, and take meeting minutes
  • Assist with the digitalization of SMC Processes
  • Perform other duties as required by the SMC Lead

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in the oil and gas industry in a similar position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Previous knowledge and experience in SAP preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
