We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at G B England Garage Services in managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and record maintenance
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring stock levels are maintained
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our team members
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
- Organise and maintain paper and electronic files
- Utilise computerised systems for data entry and record-keeping
- Support the team with administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Sage, Invoicing system and Portals
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Previous experience in an administrative role is essential
- Must have a clean driving licence
Working Conditions
- Full-time, Permanent position
- Competitive salary: £23,920.00-£24,000.00 per year
- Benefits package including casual dress, company events, company pension, employee discount, free parking, and on-site parking
- 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, no weekends
