We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at G B England Garage Services in managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and record maintenance
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring stock levels are maintained
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our team members
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Organise and maintain paper and electronic files
  • Utilise computerised systems for data entry and record-keeping
  • Support the team with administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Sage, Invoicing system and Portals
  • Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is essential
  • Must have a clean driving licence

Working Conditions

  • Full-time, Permanent position
  • Competitive salary: £23,920.00-£24,000.00 per year
  • Benefits package including casual dress, company events, company pension, employee discount, free parking, and on-site parking
  • 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, no weekends
