Veterinary Surgeon Leader

We are seeking an experienced Head Vet Surgeon to lead and manage our team at a small animal practice in the Yeovil area, Somerset.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the smooth running of the Small Animal Department across two sites
- Manage the clinical team of Vets and Nurses
- Lead and develop the team to achieve excellent patient care and practice standards
This is a full-time opportunity working 4.5 days a week, with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings and no Sundays, no out-of-hours. You will have a wide and varied small animal caseload and the practice specializes in Laparoscopic spays.
