Senior Veterinary Surgeon Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Veterinary Surgeon to lead our clinical team at our small animal practice in Yeovil and Sherborne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily running of the practice, ensuring the highest standards of animal care and client satisfaction.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious veterinary surgeon to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our practice. You will be working closely with our experienced team of veterinary surgeons, nurses, and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care and provide a high-quality service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the clinical team and ensure the smooth operation of the practice
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior veterinary surgeons and nurses
  • Contribute to the development of the practice and its services
  • Work closely with the practice management team to achieve business objectives
