About the Role:

We are seeking highly skilled Senior and Associate Level Urban Designers to join our team and contribute to our expanding workload of high-profile projects. These positions are full-time, based in Central London, and suitable for talented individuals with a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in urban design and masterplanning. As a Senior Urban Designer, you will work closely with our leadership team on a range of urban design, masterplanning, or policy projects, subject to relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and project management of urban design, masterplanning, or policy projects in the UK or overseas, subject to relevant experience.
  • Contribute to the preparation of tenders for future work.

Required Skills:
  • A creative approach to urban design and masterplanning.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual design thinking.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A professional approach to client management.
  • Project management experience.
  • Fluent written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Initiative, motivation, and a team player.
  • Proficiency in Adobe CS, AutoCad / Civil3d, Sketch-up, and ArcGIS is essential.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
