As a Digital Transformation Manager with Veolia, you'll work across our Customer Sites using advanced data and technology to reduce administrative burdens on our operational teams by automating back office systems. You'll also work with onsite management teams to improve data quality and use to achieve operational and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and rethink back office processes to continuously review and improve them, ensuring they're accurate, lean, and fit for purpose.
  • Maintain operational data to the highest standard, ensuring it's accurate and up-to-date.
  • Develop and implement the latest advances in technology to drive digitisation of our services.
  • Support delivery of a data-driven approach to service management where operational front-line managers have confidence in using Management Information to make better business decisions.

The salary range for this position is up to £35,000, with a total package of up to £47,125 (bonus and car). Location: Amersham & High Wycombe with travel around the local area. Flexible and hybrid working after initial probation period.
