Job Title: Medical Case Manager

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

We are seeking a skilled Medical Case Manager to oversee the administrative aspects of our medico-legal case load. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing case events, including assessments, report drafting, telephone meetings, conferences, Expert meetings, and trials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and Experts
  • Coordinating Expert events required by the court, ensuring timely submission of related work
  • Updating our in-house database accurately
  • Arranging Expert travel and accommodation, recording this on our database
  • Assisting Experts with workload planning and diary management
  • Providing ad-hoc training for junior team members

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in using computer software and databases
