Regulatory Compliance Specialist

McCarthy Recruitment is a leading recruitment consultancy, and we are seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including health and safety, food safety, and environmental regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will also have intermediate Excel skills and basic Word skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing regulatory compliance policies and procedures
- Conducting regular audits to check compliance with policies and procedures
- Liaising with contractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with regulations
- Providing training and guidance to staff on regulatory compliance matters
