Care Professional for Adoptive Families

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our team at Entrust Social Care Ltd. This is a temporary 3-month contract with the opportunity to work with adoptive families and children in need of complex support.
The successful candidate will have a DipSW or equivalent qualification, be registered with the HCPC, hold a current DBS, and possess a valid car driver's license.
Salary Information: The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role
In this challenging yet rewarding position, you will be responsible for assessing the complex support needs of adoptive families and children. You will provide practical and therapeutic support through the Adoption Support Fund, working closely with the Adoption Team to ensure the best possible outcomes for all parties involved.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Assessing adoptive families and children
- Providing support through the Adoption Support Fund
- Working 37 hours/week with flexible arrangements
