Main Duties- Deliver excellent performance against key quality standards and targets, taking corrective action when required.
- Lead the division and provide visible leadership to all staff, ensuring the delivery of agreed objectives and plans.
- Monitor the performance of senior staff within the division, taking appropriate action through development and/or performance management to secure optimum performance and clinical quality.
- Ensure governance is embedded within the division and all staff understand their responsibility for service quality and patient safety.
- Develop and implement the division's business plan and core objectives, ensuring they contribute to the delivery of the trust's primary objectives.
