Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Critical Care Staff Nurse to join our team as a Deputy Divisional Head of Operations. This exciting role will involve contributing to the operational performance of the Division on a day-to-day basis, delivering safe, effective, and efficient service to patients.
The post-holder will be responsible for managing local and national access targets, supporting directorates in delivering people, performance, and financial objectives, and improving operational effectiveness.
You will play a vital role in supporting the Divisional Director of Operations and Senior Divisional Team in developing and implementing the Divisional strategy in line with the Trust's vision, values, and strategic goals.
