About the Role:


We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students.


Key Responsibilities:


• Assist teachers in delivering lessons and supporting students with their academic and personal development.
• Provide individualized support to students who require additional help outside of the classroom.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement engaging and inclusive lesson plans.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to teachers.


Requirements:


• Relevant qualifications in education or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Experience working with students with varying needs and abilities.
