Supply Desk is a recruitment agency working with schools to find quality staff. We currently have three vacancies for Teaching Assistants at a lovely school in Marlow. As a teaching assistant, you will support students with their learning, work with small groups and 1:1 with individual pupils, and assist the class teacher with lesson management.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children or in schools, good knowledge of Special Educational Needs (SEN) or a passion to develop, and be able to manage challenging behaviour. You will also need a clear and valid DBS on the update service. The role is full or part time and will pay £80-100 per day. If you are passionate about enriching the learning of children, we encourage you to apply.

Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting students with their learning
* Working with small groups and 1:1 with individual pupils
* Assisting the class teacher with lesson management and setup
* Taking pupils outside of the classroom when necessary for their learning
