Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of construction professionals to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate and manage the work of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of project components.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact project delivery.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations, commercial, and pre-construction teams, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including health and safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of construction professionals.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes, with the ability to apply this knowledge to deliver high-quality projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management software and tools, including MS Project, Primavera, and Autodesk.
- SMSTS certification and a degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or engineering.
