About the Role

We are seeking highly compassionate and empathetic individuals to join our team of care workers at Runwood Homes in North Essex. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional person-centred care to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being in a safe and supportive environment.

Your Responsibilities

You will be required to work flexibly in our homes around North Essex, travelling to different locations as needed. A driving license is preferred for this role, although not essential. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through comprehensive induction and ongoing training provided by our organisation.

Requirements

  • Empathy and a warm-hearted approach to care
  • Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude
  • NVQ Level 1 or 2 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
