FIND | Creating Futures has partnered with a renowned Data & Leadership Education Provider to recruit Data Coaches who will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of data professionals.

In this position, you'll be responsible for coaching and training Level 3 Data apprentices from various industries, helping them develop the skills and knowledge required to excel in data-driven roles.

This apprenticeship program is designed to equip aspiring data professionals with the skills to effectively utilize data in business settings, fostering a culture of data literacy and informed decision-making.

As a Data Coach, you'll work closely with apprentices from start to finish, providing personalized guidance and support to help them master the fundamentals of data best practices and develop their data literacy skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one coaching and mentoring sessions to help apprentices understand and apply data concepts effectively
  • Design and deliver interactive workshops covering a range of data-related topics and techniques
  • Collaborate with apprentices on real-world datasets and challenges to enhance their problem-solving skills and confidence
  • Provide training and coaching on essential data tools, including advanced Excel and visualization platforms (Power BI or Tableau)
  • Offer continuous feedback and support to help apprentices overcome obstacles and achieve their goals

This is a 100% remote role, allowing you to work from anywhere in the UK and enjoy a flexible, autonomous work environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics
  • Proven coaching or training experience, with a strong track record of success
  • Advanced Power BI or Tableau skills

The starting salary for this role is £50,000 - £68,000, offering a competitive compensation package for the right candidate.
