Our team uses tools, data, and insights to deliver client objectives and achieve returns from commercial partnerships.

We work with rightsholders and brands on both sides of the relationship.

We are seeking a Commercial Rights Lead to broker partnerships for clients, lead our sales team, and grow our commercial department.

About the Role:

  • Target potential partners for our clients using intelligence-driven methods.
  • Develop new leads to establish a pipeline of partnership opportunities for our rights holder clients.
  • Prospect and outreach to potential brands to gauge interest in partnership opportunities.
  • Engage directly with brands across key industry sectors to understand their objectives and sell our rights opportunities.
  • Manage sales cycles from research to initial outreach, pitching, and closing.
  • Conduct research on sponsorship trends, categories, companies, and contacts to support sales activity.
  • Consult on projects across other departments and services, including rights holder consulting, rights marketing, brand partnerships, and sponsorship consulting divisions.
  • Assist in innovating and developing our rights sales optimisation, valuation, prospecting, and sales strategies.
  • This is a client-facing role within a wider Consulting team.
  • Work with the team to design high-quality deliverables that meet and exceed client needs.
  • Manage team members through coaching and mentoring.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A proven track record in sales/business development, ideally in the sports industry but open to other industries.
  • Experience brokering sponsorship deals.
  • A strong understanding of sponsorship and why brands invest in sports sponsorship.
  • Experience engaging prospects and delivering sales meetings.
  • Ability to build and deliver sales presentations confidently.
  • A history of hitting sales targets.
  • Ability to present arguments clearly and compellingly.
  • Deliver high-quality, structured, insight-led, robust, and accurate deliverables.
  • Pas##ion for sport.
