Ocean Export Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Ocean Export Clerk to join our team at WR Logistics. As an Ocean Export Clerk, you will be responsible for organizing export documentation and bill of lading to ensure smooth and efficient shipping processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Raising bill of lading and shipping instructions to meet customer requirements
  • Ensuring bills of lading are accurate and complete before being sent to customers
  • Amending document errors when required to maintain high-quality standards
  • Meeting deadlines for customs and bill of lading submissions
  • Completing certificates of origin, ATR, and EUR1 documents
  • Entering VGM using online portals to ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience in raising bill of lading and ocean freight exports
  • Experience using systems such as CNS and Destin8 (desirable)
  • Knowledge of ocean freight and shipping processes
