About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pensions Data Services Associate Consultant to join our team at Lane Clark & Peacock. As a key member of our data team, you will play a crucial role in assisting schemes as they prepare for buy-out/buy in, assisting with GMP data preparedness, and supporting the wider data team on internal projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of pension schemes for buy-out/buy in, ensuring accurate and timely data delivery.
  • Work closely with our market-leading de-risking team to support clients in meeting their regulatory data requirements.
  • Develop and implement bulk solutions to complex pension scheme calculations, utilizing technical expertise to execute solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients, external third parties, and suppliers to establish excellent relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Work within agreed budgets and scopes, prioritizing workloads and meeting deadlines.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of DB pension schemes, either from a Pensions Administration or Actuarial background.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to create complex pension scheme calculations and solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to establish excellent relationships with clients and colleagues.
