About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pensions Data Services Associate Consultant to join our team at Lane Clark & Peacock. As a key member of our data team, you will play a crucial role in assisting schemes as they prepare for buy-out/buy in, assisting with GMP data preparedness, and supporting the wider data team on internal projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of pension schemes for buy-out/buy in, ensuring accurate and timely data delivery.
  • Work closely with our market-leading de-risking team to provide data support and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain complex pension scheme calculations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their data requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of new business initiatives, ensuring data-driven insights inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in pensions data, actuarial science, or pensions administration.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create bulk solutions to complex pension scheme calculations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
