We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Morrisons, leading the provision of exceptional customer service and expert advice in community pharmacy.
As a Pharmacy Manager with Morrisons, you will be responsible for driving the success of our pharmacies, ensuring excellent patient care and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Your expertise and leadership skills will be invaluable in shaping the future of our pharmacy services.
About The Role
- Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
- Leading a team of pharmacists and healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding patient care and customer service
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of pharmacy regulations, laws, and best practices
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of pharmacy services
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes and customer satisfaction
About You
To succeed as a Pharmacy Manager with Morrisons, you will need:
- A degree in Pharmacy or a related field
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Experience in community pharmacy, preferably in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and customer service
