About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire, a specialist Construction Field Sales Recruitment Consultancy. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling a high-end range of manufactured anchor fixings and fastenings to OEMs and manufacturers in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field sales position selling a high-end range of manufactured anchor fixings and fastenings for OEM applications
  • Selling to OEMs and manufacturers who supply fixings, anchors as a package with their products
  • Targeted to achieve circa £70k-£80k, once up and running, with a clear pathway to grow this to £100k per month
  • Developing sales plans to achieve successful profit margin, market share, and account penetration
  • Managing and expanding existing relationships and generating new business relationships
Requirements
  • Must have sold to OEMs and manufacturers
  • Ideal candidate will have experience in the fixings and fastenings industry, but not essential
  • Commercially astute, professional, organized, and solution-based sales approach
  • Positive, professional, and customer service-oriented
