Sales Manager Opportunity
This is a proactive, hands-on Sales Manager role driving corporate business into a globally-branded contemporary lifestyle hotel in Southwest London. Part of an iconic stadium and events complex, this is a superb Sales Manager opportunity to drive corporate bedrooms and bedroom groups business into this newly refurbished and re-branded hotel. The hotel is managed by a superb, global hotel management company who are a great company to work for and offer excellent career progression potential.
About the Role
- The Sales Manager will drive sales across all market segments, with a focus on corporate transient and bedroom groups business, from across the local southwest London and Surrey markets, into the hotel.
- Manage relationships with key clients and agents and the stadium sales team.
- Regular face-to-face appointments per week to source new business.
- Work closely with the General Manager, Regional Director of Sales and wider brand sales team.
- Hold site visits and client entertainment as required.
- Produce sales activity reports as required.
Requirements
- Hotel corporate sales experience is essential.
- Current experience within the southwest London/Surrey market is highly desirable.
- A proven track record of successful business development and account management is essential.
- A proactive, hunter, self-motivated, driven, commercially aware and results orientated, and proactive attitude is required.
- Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- A full and clean driving licence and own car are preferred, but not essential.
Package
Up to £45,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits.
