This Senior Construction Cost Manager will be responsible for providing high-quality cost management services to clients, including cost planning, budgeting, and final account settlement. You will work closely with Business Unit Directors to deliver business objectives and ensure that cost management deliverables meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage projects from early cost advice to final account settlement, ensuring that all deliverables are met in accordance with business procedures.
  • To plan and manage costs, developing strategies to optimize budget allocation and minimize waste.
  • To settle final accounts, administering contracts as Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent, and identifying new business development opportunities.
  • To advise Directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or that might arise, on projects.
