Job Title: SAP Payroll Consultant

Job Description:

Crimson is seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the setup of new payroll systems and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll System Configuration: Configure and customize the SAP Payroll module to meet specific business requirements.
  • Integration and Troubleshooting: Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth integration and data exchange across systems, and troubleshoot payroll-related issues.
  • Payroll Process Optimization: Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather and evaluate payroll-related requirements, and optimize payroll processes for efficiency.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test plans, conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality.
  • Documentation and Support: Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides for payroll operations, and provide ongoing support to end-users.
  • Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure that payroll processes comply with legal and regulatory standards, particularly in relation to tax calculations, reporting, and statutory deductions.

Requirements:

  • SAP Payroll Experience: Extensive experience in SAP Payroll, including configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
  • SAP ABAP and Debugging: Strong experience with SAP ABAP and debugging, including areas like configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with HR and IT teams.
