Job SummaryWe are looking for a qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years+ UK Social Worker experience within a Children's Social Work team to lead our team and manage a caseload of complex cases.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Social Workers to ensure the safety and well-being of children with disabilities.
- Assess and manage complex cases, including child protection and care management.
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of children and their families.
- Liaise with other professionals, including healthcare and education providers, to ensure comprehensive support for children.
- Manage a caseload of cases, including home visits, court work, and assessments.
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a DipSW or equivalent, be registered with the HCPC, have a current DBS, and be a car driver.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary, weekly payroll, and a comprehensive online training portal worth £500 a year. You will also have the opportunity to work with a dedicated consultant with extensive social work knowledge and receive up to £250 for each referred worker.
