As a Cosmetic Account Handler, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing client relationships, ensuring that the premium income contributes to the achievement of your own and the department's financial targets.

The Role:

  • Maintain and enhance existing client relationships to drive premium income growth
  • Ensure a comprehensive understanding of all terms and conditions relating to cosmetic insurance products, pricing, and processing
  • Assist with the preparation of events and exhibitions, and attend these events as required
  • Stay up-to-date with industry news and developments to maintain technical knowledge
  • Acquire new client relationships to contribute to departmental financial targets
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with insurer partners, affiliates, and other third parties
  • Ensure all documentation issued and actions taken adhere to agreed service standards and FCA regulations
