We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a CCP Supervisor I. The ideal candidate will have experience working with older adults or in an adult day care environment and be proficient in Microsoft Office Products. The role involves preparing schedules for Homecare Aides, monitoring the Electronic Visit Verification system, and conducting quarterly visits to Family Homecare Aides. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and have a strong ability to work autonomously. Fluency in Spanish is required. The salary for this position is $40,000 per year.
